The Law Office of
Bradley F. Fowler, LLC: Your Business Attorney
I provide outsourced general counsel services to startups and growing businesses.
Business owners need to wear a lot of different hats, and "amateur lawyer" should not be one of them.
Let me handle your company's legal issues, so that you can focus on GROWING YOUR BUSINESS.
Outsourced general counsel services for growing businesses.
This means I can provide all the services of an in-house counsel, at a fraction of the expense.
I can help you select the type of business that will best fit your goals, and then work with you to create the documents, like an Operating Agreement or Stockholders' Agreement, that will help you run your business smoothly.
All businesses run on contracts, but most people don't understand what their contracts actually mean, or how to use them to their advantage. I can help draft or revise contracts on the supply-side, or between you and your customers, in order to help you keep costs down and achieve your goals.
Happy employees are the lifeblood of every successful business. I can help you
craft policies and procedures designed to get the most out of your employees.
Buying or Selling a Business
I have more than 12 years of experience helping clients buy or sell their businesses.
I can assist you in finding the right opportunity, and negotiate the right deal on your behalf.
Unfortunately, lawsuits are something that most business owners have to deal with sooner or later.
With more than 12 years of experience litigating in Maryland state and federal courts,
I can make sure that your interests are protected inside the courtroom.
Brad Fowler, Esq.
I have been practicing law for more than 12 years, and my practice has consisted of both business services and litigation for my entire career. I earned my law degree from Georgetown University in 2006, after graduating from the University of Maryland in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Business.
I have been a solo practitioner for two years, and now that I have experienced being a small business owner, the legal services I provide have become more focused and efficient, because I have made all of the same mistakes that small business owners make on the road to success. I firmly believe that one of the biggest mistakes business owners make is spending their valuable, and limited, time doing tasks other than what they are good at, and what they are passionate about. I have certainly made this mistake as well. To help with this issue, I try to handle the full spectrum of my business clients' legal concerns, so that they can focus on what is important-doing the work that grows their business.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife Catherine and our two young sons, hiking, watching the NBA, and enjoying a local craft beer.
